Who’s at Your Table: A Collective Impact Approach to PrEP Planning

This session will use a collective impact framework to look at how to plan and coordinate community resources to maximum PrEP uptake, roll out and sustainability. We will explore how to think about planning with other entities to strengthen and support each other.

Learning Objectives:

Individuals will gain an understanding of:

  • Strategies to identify the various roles that stakeholders can plan for the development of a larger PrEP strategy
  • Ways to establish some shared common language that you can use to discuss and navigation the creation of PrEP work groups and implementation plans
  • Knowledge of essential roles, responsible and tasks that have been utilized by established PrEP programs and jurisdictions
